i am 13 and i want to lose weight because people call me fat so this summer i will try my best to lose weight but i dont know how:$
Other bullying should never be a reason to lose weight, it should be for health reasons or to feel better about yourself :))
Anyway, try eating things that aren't so high in carbs. If there's a type of junk food snack that you eat often replace it with some sort of fruit or vegetable or something more healthy.
Go out and excercise, run a few laps or do situps or do both! The more exercise the better, but don't overdo it .
Don't ever go to drastic lengths to lose weight, anorexia and bulimia can damage your body and is very, very unhealthy for you. You'll feel much better and accomplished by losing weight the way it was meant to be. :D
