I believe that current standards still say that even for adult males, the AVERAGE (smaller sizes & bigger ones added together divided by total number measured) is still around 5 1/2 to 6 inches, so I'm pretty sure that at 13 you could say you are big... Not that you should be worried about it at your age yet ;-)
