Hello, I'm 14 years old and I found a lump on the top of my left testicle. It isn't fully attached to the testicle though. It changes sizes when I ejaculate. It use to hurt but it doesn't anymore. I'm really scared! I've known about it for well over a year!

You are young for it to be testicular cancer if that's what you are worried about.
More likely it is related to your epididymis. It could be an epididymal cyst, or spermatocele. They are fairly common and often resolve on their own. Basically it is collection of fluid in the cyst.
You could tell your doctor about it at your next physical.
