Hi, im 15 and im worried about my penis size, i just turned 15 on July the 18th 2017 and im really worried about my penis size. My penile length when flaccid is 3 inches long and i have about 1 inch girth. when im erect im 4 to 4.25 inches long and 1.25 inches girth. Im really worried because i also feel like i have never ejaculated because when i try to either almost nothing comes out or urine comes out. I feel that my banjo string is also Tight ish and i feel like it will rip during intercourse. PLEASE HELP.

4-5" erect is average for a 14-15 year old. Average for an adult male is 5.1" erect.
You're normal.
Girth comes later. Your penis can grow both in length and girth into your early 20's.
How often you masturbate, and for how long, can affect the volume of semen when you ejaculate. Average is about 1/2 a teaspoon. Color can vary, normally from clear to whitish.
Your banjo string, frenulum, can grow as well. Can you fully retract your foreskin yet? It's normal if you can't until around 16 or so. It could tear and if it does it will hurt some and bleed. You can have a urologist exam you if you'd like. A frenulectomy or frenuloplasty can be performed, a simple office procedure, to help "loosen" it. Neither of these is a circumcision.
