Hello, I hope you can also help me with this problem,

I am short (63 inches or so), with a slightly skinny waist and large breasts. DD Bra's cannot hold me up, and I sag horribly, and it sometimes hurts my confidence in myself. But that's just the start. When I go to sleep at night, when I lay on my back, I have a theory that the weight on my chest affects my back.

I wake up in the mornings with the worse back problems, and it's mostly my lower, mid-back area. So when I lay on my chest at night, I think that when I do that, the elevation they cause arches my back to where it hurts in the morning. And due to sagging, when I sleep on my side, it shifts the weight, making other limbs ache as well.

So when I wake up in the mornings, I have to brace myself for when I get up, because sometimes its a shooting pain up my back.

What should I do?
hey
im not quite sure what it is but i have something similar
im 16 but ive got pretty small boobs but i get lower back pain quite often in the morning too
it could be something with your bed that's making everything sore
my theory is that i'm not getting enough calcium
don't know if it actually works, but you could try drinking more milk or something and see what happens
hope you find out what it is!

Having bigger breasts can effect your back. That is likely the reason for the back pains. I suggest going to a doctor and asking if you can have a breast reduction or go on medication to help. When did you start wearing a bra? Are your breasts still getting bigger? If your breasts are still getting bigger I suggest getting breast reduction because having big breasts can be harmful to your body and a lot of women and girls have had to get it done.

I started wearing a bra around my 5th grade year, so 9 or 10 I suppose. They have been getting bigger, and I did think it was the mattress at first, but every mattress I've been on, my back will hurt. I'm not sure I'm liable for a breast reduction, because I'm young, and I'm still developing.
