It's occurred that I've had heart pain for the past year actually all of since around February of 2007 up too today.
I'm 15 in February and I actually started smoking when I was 13, I just quit (I know it was a very bad decision and i will regret it for the rest of my life).
If I am totally act then I get a small pain... some times feels a little burning right under my left breast Could go in one or two centimeters on it.
The pain has never been strong enough for me to example: cry, lay down in bed, feel really bad or having problems living my life.
I'm a little overweight... not fat just have a little round stomach at the moment and I'm loosing weight, to describe what I eat then it's usually healthy salads with bread, fruits, some times dressing, meat.
I really love to eat potato's and I have a slice of dark chocolate every day.
Since a little in 2007 I've had very high anxiety reacting to anything for hearing bad things or being in a car with not a window open.
My life style isn't very good at the moment however I am working on getting my health as good as possible.
I stress a lot and feel bad a little too often.
I'm not even sure that where I fell my pain is even at the heart.
I've always been healthy (I had hepatitis B at the age of 6) and I've been a person who has been outside running around ore than I've been inside my house.
I've never really EVER been I'll accept for having a cold and fever only a very short amount of it actually.
I don't have any pain in my back, jaw, chest, legs, arms or anywhere actually.
I don't have squeezing or crushing pain and I don't think I've ever had in my life EVER.
My pain comes and goes a few times every day... usually when I get anxiety.
All I want to know if something serious is going on or this is just based on anxiety and some other stuff.
From looking at this picture: http://www.patienthealthinternational.com/sites/35/imagebank/typeArticleparam519594/heart_2.jpg I can decide that my pain is more near the left arm pit than anywhere else.
I just need a conformation in any way possible, thank you :-)
P.S when I run around or do physical activity's then I feel totally fine!

I suggest seeing a medical official as soon as possible. Hopefully it is only acid reflux (which has been linked to chest pain). It could also be related to your lungs (and smoking has made the problem worse). But the best thing to do is to seek professional medical health. If there is a CHANCE, any chance it is the heart, it is a GRAVE matter.
