Hi, I am a 15 year old guy and I have been wondering for years as to why I haven't changed physically or grown.  I realize that I have changed mentally and have matured, but, in saying this, I find that I have little physicality to back that up.  I have no under arm hair, little hair on my legs, and my face is the same as it was when I was 10.  My balls don't seem to be growing, and my penis is the same size it has always been, 3 inches flaccid and 4.5 inches erect.  I have noticed that I can ejaculate (When it has happened, it was clear), I am attracted to girls and do get turned on at times ;).  Anyway, aside from that, I haven't changed in voice, and that's what really bugs me.  I don't know what's wrong or what isn't wrong, I am just confused and insecure about where I am at, thanks for reading.

Thanks

Personally, I don't think there is anything wrong with you. As you might already know, girls develop sooner and quicker than guys. With that being said, guys take a long time to completely develop and the process may end well into their late teens. What you need to do is discuss this with a pediatrician, so that he or she may give you expert answers to your questions and chart your growth progress. If your parents' insurance cover it, then try to see about setting up a consultation with an endocrinologist (specialises in hormones) and a urologist (specialises in the penis and testicles) in order to get more detailed answers to your questions.
