Since last 1.5 or 1 year, I've had 3 red bumps/spots on my left butt cheek, they felt hollow inside, about 2 Cm's is the widest, it used to hurt when i sat down, but now it stopped. I was getting worried over the months and a weeks ago 3-4 i went to see my doctor. He gave me some antibiotic cream which i used for about 1 week, with no results i gave up and decided to see if it would heal itself. Now after about 3 weeks when i got the cream, i was sitting on my chair and i thought about checking how my back side was doing, so i went to the washroom, and to my surprise one of them was oozing out this watery milky colored liquid, out of a few small but multiple holes where the purplish red skin was, ever since then, 2 days i go, I'm using the antibiotic cream again because that really freaked me out, OH i forgot to mention, before i got the cream, they used to itch, and dead skin would fall of from time to time. Also after one of them was oozing out the liquid, the others i don't know how long, the other 2 are small, and they seem to be getting tighter, i can still feel as if there's a hole there, but its gotten much smaller.
I'm really worried about whats going on and i hope it doesn't get infected, could it be a parasite, because it's like something dug in to my skin and now this liquids coming out of multiple small holes, its freaking me out it's not life threatening, but i doubt it's normal...
Any information o n what it might be would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, what i meant to say was, After the biggest one started to ooze this liquid, which stopped a day after, i wasn't so worried about the other 2, because they seemed to have much smaller, and tighter, by tighter i mean that the hollow hole that i could feel before was smaller, kind of like the normal skin.
