I'm going to be completely honest with you and say that its not very easy to lose weight but if you keep at it the results will pay off. Some things you could do is replace any sugary drinks with water. Try to reduce calorie intake and stay AWAY from anything that involves sugar. Bread is also your enemy as well,but the most important thing you need is exercise. You should exercise at least 30-60min everyday.
