I'm 14 5"10 and really want to lose weight. I have insulin resistance also. I really want to lose 100-120 pounds in a year. Can anyone help me? Where should i start.

So you're, 14 years old and 5'10" and you weight 320 pounds and you want to lose 100 to 100 pounds in a year. You also say you have insulin resistance. I'm to assume you are diabetic, possibly type 1? Well, I'm not sure but it sounds like you need a low carb diet. You can take in lean meats and seafoot and fresh veggies and fruits. You can have some whole wheat products such as pasta and bread. Trying to lose that much weight and having insulin resistance suggests to me that you need to be under a doctors care to get a proper diagnosis and diet.
