6 weeks late, negative pregnancy test

I just posted a huge long topic on this too, I'm 7 weeks almost 8, past due for my period, and took a test on tuesday and it was negative. Also, husband had vasectomy. The nurse at my GYN instructed me to have that test, and I did it was negative...but she says it may be too early to tell.
I can't figure out what the the heck is happening, Damn...I am scared as heck to have another kid, I love my two now, and I don't know what I would do with another baby right now in my life. XD
apparently there is a special semen analysis called pelleted that the urologist should have done to see if their were sperm in his semen, but I do not think my DH had that, I'm pretty sure he only had a semen analysis.
Now, with my last pregnancy (my dtr is 4 now) I took a test on a friday, went on a nice long drive to find a new house in a new state on Saturday, and Sunday will cooking dinner the smell of the meat was making me gag, I puked and took another pee stick out...and mid pee DH walks in and says "stop wasting those things" and that one was positive! so in a matter of 2 days, it went from negative to postitive.
I'm scared...I'm hoping it's peri-meno....or something else...

HELP!! I am 8 weeks late! My last cycle was 2/15/11.. I have always been regular and never missed! Except for when I was pregnant with my first child! I have all the symptoms of being pregnant from being sick, nausea, back aches, moodiness, randomly crying(which is not me), to cramps! But all the tests I have taken have been negative! I go to the dr on the 27th of April. Hopefully he can tell me something! It's not normal for me to miss! I'm not stressed over anything! So what can it be!! Please help!

I have an appt at my gyn tomorrow, I'll keep ya'all posted, this is the damndest thing ever!

Now I'm beginning to think this is because of my insulin level, did any of you have your blood work done? I've been battleing high insulin levels for a while...they are normal then they go high...so I think I'm going to be diagnoised with syndrome X and apparently you can miss periods if your insulin is jacked up.

I did take another test a week after I posted the 1st post, and it was negative and that would have been 10 weeks, but again I was told that because the period was missed, who knows now when my cycle will regulate so a pregnanacy could have happened at any time.

I seriously will be at a loss here.

well i am going to start out saying that i am also 10 weeks late i had bleeding well it was brown spotting for 3 days which i thought might have been implantion bleeding because it was about 12 days after intercourse but also maybe 5 days before my period it never got heavy or anything not even red! so i took a prego test and all neg. ...i have had a urine test as well and neg. i also have an 8 month old baby girl that i didnt find out i was pregnant with until i was 5 months! my period were never regular so thats why i never thought i was pregnant ...welll i had taken pregnancy test after pregnancy test with her and they was all neg. until i was 5 months(20 weeks) exactly! i didnt have any symptoms no gaining wieght no sore boobs my boobs didnt even get bigger ....they only thing i noticed after i found out was that my nipples got really dark...so can anyne tell me if its just my body not being able to produce enough to detect im pregnant until later on or what who knows...my doctor wants to put it off as my oeriod just going back to irregular becasue after i had the baby i had a period every month which is not ussual for me...any advice? thanks!

dont know if signed in or not...anyway...I went to the doc, she put me on some hell bent medication, it began with a p...permetrium or something like that...it was a while ago...sorry...anyway, it was horrible, I was falling down and out of it, hubby said he had to help me go to the bathroom! I ended up getting my period which was a huge relief, in the meantime- I had to have a trans vag ultrasound, and a regular utlrasound on my pelvis to check for POS (which I didnt' have, she said she didnt' think so but wanted to be sure just to put that to rest) and I also had a mammo and breast u/s...they did end up finding a small cyst in one breast, so I have to go back in 6 months for a check, and Im' going to see a genetic counselor in a few weeks to be screened for cancers....as all 3 of my aunts and now my grandmother as well is getting ckd- on my dads side all have various forms of reproductive body parts cancer...breast, ovarian, and uterine. Very scary.

I've been regular since that medication, but she gave me another script to keep at home and said to only take it if i'm 3 months late!

I'm POSITIVE i missed it because I was taking melatonin at night to help me fall asleep, and now that I think about it, I was taking a few because the 2 weren't working anymore...I probably went and messed myself up.

Okay, here's the deal, my last period was October 13th. My "normal" cycle is wierd anyway, i'm regularly irregular.... i have my period every other month, start around the same day every time. I had sex on October 24th, and frequently there after. I still haven't had a period and I should have on December 13th. For the last month or so I have been experiencing sudden nausea, light heart burn (which i never ever have), I've noticed my boobs changing a little, and over the last 4 days i have experienced "spotting" very light color (only shows on toilet paper, not heavy enough to show in urine) twice, (every other day). Similar cramping feeling as when i'm going to start, but still nothing. I took a dollar store home pregnancy test 3 days before Christmas and it was negative. Everyone's telling me it could have been a false negative. Could it be??????????

I had sex for the first time 2 months ago and experienced spotting for a week afterwards. Now I'm 8 weeks late and am freaking out. I spotted for about two days at the time my period was due (very light and unlike any period I've ever had) and I read somewhere that could be due to implantation. Anyway I've had 3 negative pregnancy tests over the past 4 weeks....could I still be pregnant?

Wow, im glad im not alone in this....6 wks late, no symptoms other than being late and cramping in my lower stomach and back....and slight dizziness and MOOD SWINGS, and blood pressure shoots up easily :-/

i AM HAVING THE SAME ISSUES I HAVE TOOKEN 6 NEGATIVE TEST AND ONE AT THE DR. ALSO NEGATIVE. SHE SAID TO COME BACK IN 2 WEEKS TO TAKE ANOTHER ONE i AM 9 WEEKS LATE I NEVER MISS MY PERIODS. i AM GONNA TAKE A BLOOD TEST IF IT COMES OUT NEGATIVE AGAIN IT REALLY FRUSTRATING TO GET NEGATIVE TEST. i HAVE ALL THE SYMPTOMS A PREGNANT GIRL HAS SO I WILL SEE GOOD LUCK TO ANYONE THAT IS TRYING TO ME AND MY FIANCE ARE TRYING TO GET PG.

HI, im in a very complicated situation..i had my last period on jan 22nd 2012.but i did"nt get my periods on feb..now its march..don"t know whats going on inside me..what it could be then? please anyone help me to come out of this.. :( what should i do.. its been 6 week since i got period. am i pregnant?

i am having the same problem! I haven't had a period in 8 weeks and have took 5 test two of which a doctor did and they was all neg. but i have a lot of pregnancy symptoms, the main one is i have extremely swollen nipples and they hurt even taking a shower makes me wanna cry. so any advice would be very appreciated.

My Last menstrual period was on 4th Feb 2012.(my cycle is of 25 days) .I have never been late in my life... but there were just 2 faint lines on 2 pregnancy tests that i have done. The doc says she is not sure whether i m preggy or not. and will do a sonography on 20th March 2012. It really kills me that she hasnt suggested a blood test and the results would be out only on 20th... Is there some easy eariler way i can find out before that.

i am experiencing the same thing but i am 8 weeks late. The reason i know I'm 8 weeks late is because my soon too be husband left of US Air Force basic training. i have taken three tests and all have come up negative i am getting a little scared and i don't know what too do.my doctor did a urine test but not a blood test and just told me i wasn't pregnant. i dont know what too do?

Glad I am not the only one going thru this. Makes me feel a little better. I have always had regular periods some heavy some light. Never would I be late except when preggers. Last period was 1/31/12. Had sex on Valentines day. No periods since. HPT all came back neg. Went to the doc last week, all she could say was "Your probably NOT pregnant". Well here I am waiting patiently for aunt flo but nothing. I have all the signs of being pregnant. I am going to a different doc on Monday, hopefully I will here something, good or bad.
