I recently found out I'm pregnant im 8 weeks, but my n concern is in bleeding but I don't stain my underwear sometimes I have cramps and my stomach gurgles a lot. What can this mean?

Some bleeding is NORMAL during the first trimester. Do mention it to your doctor but in general it is not a cause for concern. Cramping and "gurgling" can happen too.
