I been haveing blood on the toilet paper now and again when i open my bowel. And i keep on opening my bowel and i got a lump in side me and it very painful what can i do about this .

It's likely a hemorrhoid. They are common and they can resolve themselves.
Drink lots of water. There are medications, over the counter, that can help.
