Abdominal / Cervix Pain

Hi, I have been having sex (sometimes rough) and have been experiencing pain on my cervix during sex, like he hit it too hard, but will leave in about 20 minutes. Recently I experienced the same thing, but I was on top today and it's been the same pain for 4 hours and instead of my cervix hurting , it feels like my right ovary is going explode. It's agonizing pain, gives me shivers, pins and needles. I've tried different positions for it to go away but leaning left( taking the pressure off ) seems to be the only thing slightly working. Please help
