Hi people! I am really scared for myself. This has been going on for almost one year! It's going to be long so bare with me. It all first started last summer around July. I started to feel severe back pain and right side pain near the waist and the belly button. I didn't know what it was. I went to see a traditional chinese doctor and then she told me that my kidney and liver is not good. She said that especially my kidney was really weak. She even said it's going to be hard for me to give birth because of that. I was really scared when I heard that so I went to my family doctor and told him my case. He said that there could be something wrong with the kidney/gallbladder/ovaries/pancreas so I did ultrasound for everything you can think of. The results came in that they found a huge shadow in my kidney and it could be a piece of fat or a stone. So, they told me to do the ultrasound once more to make sure. I did it again and the shadow was not there anymore. Whatever it was, it's gone. I also did blood test and two urine tests and everything came in normal.  I was really happy however, I still feel the pain at times. I told my doctor about it and he said that we checked and there's actually nothing, the only suggestion I can give you is to eat more fiber.

Later on, the back pain disappeared. However, in around 3 weeks, it came back! I started to realize that it could be due to my menstrual period. I started to feel a little weird burning sensation and twitching in my vaginal area that happens "not" when I'm peeing. It would have that sensation by itself. It usually happens before when my period comes. I did some research and it seems like it has something to do with the ovaries. However, I did ultrasound in my ovaries before and that was not it. I haven't done a pap smear test before so I was really freaked out that I might have cervical cancer. So I did a pap smear test with my GYNO and it turned out normal! The only thing she told me was that I had fibroids but they're small.

The recent couple months, I found out that when my period ends, I would feel this really weird thing going on on the right side of my abdominal area. It almost feels like there's something in side shifting. The pain would move to the center. This would cause the back pain as well. All of this happens at night time before I sleep. When I wake up, I would feel like the walls of my stomach has been stretched and when I cough or laugh or sneeze, it would feel sore. It's exactly like how when you cough a lot, you hurt the inner wall of your stomach. Also, I would have the urge to go #2 every day when I wake up for around 3-4 days. However, usually I just sit there and there's absolutely nothing coming out. I still just go normally and the stool is normal. I also realized that the area where you go #2 would ache once or twice like a pulse. That can happen any time before or after period. This is really weird. Everything here never happened to me in the past. I told my GYNO about it and she said this still sounds very normal to me. This is just back and front pain due to menstrual period. It's not that I don't trust her but this has been causing me a lot of worrying. I been thinking about it and researching a lot through the internet. It has devastated me.

My period has always come on time or maybe a couple days late. Right now, I'm experiencing something weird as well. Which is kind of opposite of what happened before. My period was suppose to be here yesterday, but I guess it's going to a couple days late. However, since last week, I've been feeling like going #2 again often. I just went last night, and right after when I went, the pooping area tells me that I need to go again. However, I know i don't because I just went! And I've been feeling all weird in the pelvic area. I guess you can call it a minor pain. My stomach was pretty much bloated since then! However, when I woke up today, my stomach was complete flat. The bloating was gone. But now, it's back again. Is it even normal to bloat and flatten up and bloat again before period? Also, I bloat after period as well!

I really want to know what is wrong with me. I wake up and my mind feels it's not even woken up yet. I still feel like dreaming. It's not like dizzy but it's like I easily get headache and feels like sleeping. I also get tired easily. I just graduated from school and I'm currently unemployed. So stress from work or school is not for me.

I found out that around the time of my period, I feel c**p like this. When my period is over for a week, everything that I said don't happen until the time around my period. Therefore, I think it's somehow related to the women's health issues. However, my GYNO told me that a lot of women are experiencing this. She said that for example, needing the urge to go #2 when you're on your period. She thinks that it's just back to back pain from menstrual cramps. She also said that body changes over time so if you never experienced it before doesn't mean it can't happen now.

I also believe that I'm suffering so sort of depression and anxiety issue. In fact, I just went to the doctor yesterday because I had chest pain. The doctor said I have inflammation and I had no idea how I got that. I did some research and they say that depression and anxiety can cause that. I really want some answers and I would be really happy if someone is experiencing the same thing that I'm dealing with. Thank you so much for the time for reading my long essay.
