Try cutting out dairy about mid-day and check out a supplement called L Argenine. Been doing it for a long time and the pain has decreased big time. Battling this for over 15 years.

I have the same kind of problem. Around 10 or 11 I get this pain im my right upper side and it feels like I am hungry. Like I havent been eatting. It wakes me up mulitple times during the night. Its been going on for a month now. I dont know what to do being a girl whose 14 and has adrenal fatigue. Is there a reason for that?

This has been happening to me for about a month and a few days ago I started taking a couple tablespoons of honey before I layed down. This seems to help a lot and if I do wake up with my stomach bothering me, more honey. I sleep a lot better. I'm not sure what is causing the pain but it does not seem like acid. I believe it is gas build-up.

Yes, had tried omitting dairy at all times. I also tried more fiber, less fiber, all kind of medications specific for irritable bowel syndrome, the list goes on and on.. I went to my gyn and she diagnosed me with Chronic pelvic pain.As I had had had a hysterectomy 11 yrs ago, I had always wondered if my pain stemmed from adhesions formed following this surgery. We proceeded on with a diagnostic laparoscopy last week and I was found to have massive adhesions. She freed all the adhesions with the procedure and I am so hoping as I heal that this is the end to my lower left side quadrant pain that I have had longer than I care to admit. Adhesions are difficult to diagnose, there is no test to confirm them. The only way is to view them thru the above surgical procedure. My biggest fear was that there would be nothing wrong, that it would just be my 'weird colon' and I would have had a surgery for no reason.. so glad that there was something wrong and I am praying for no more sleepless nights due to pelvic pain.

Hopefully I'll recieve my Glutamine monday.

Oh, before I forget. Honey does indeed help - be sure it's real honey.

I make cinnamon - again real cinnamon - thea with honey and it helps!

Massage can be very beneficial for this. See a Licensed massage therapist that does deep work and be well.

For me the stomach pains had started like 2 or 3 days ago. At first I thought it was because I switched to a vegan diet and cheated eating cheese. But it continued, I took a liqud laxative so that way I could get rid of whatever was in my body, the stomach pains went from only being at night to now bothering me during class. I have no idea what is going on at all. I hope the pain will just dissapaear. I read your guys's comments about elevating my back so best believe I will try this. The doctors here in my city (Yuma. Arizona) pretty much suck, they just tell you what you want to hear, and bill you. Thats why I havent been to the doctors yet.

I ended up at the E.R. about 6 times because of abdominal pain. Everytime I was misdiagnosed by doctors. Finally I had a Hyda Scan done and it ended up being my gallbladder. I had surgery back in april and had it taken out. I was also treated for HPILORI bacteria in my stomach since I had an upper GI done as well. I also had a CT Scan done and nothing was found. Now ever since then I cant sleep laying flat or on my side in the bed. I have to be sleeping on the couch sitting down. It's hectic cause I wake up about 3-4 hours after with the unbearable pain. Im going to see the gastrointestinologist today. I talked to a friend and he stated his wife had gallbladder surgery and took her about 1 year before the pain started to fade away. I don't really know if my pain has anything to do with that or not. Ill post if anything is found. Can you please keep me posted if you find out anything?  Thanks!!!

Yes, I am 12 years old and I get it every night, but when I get up in the morning it's gone. And I am lactose intolerant but when I drink or eat something (like milk) I take a pill for that. So I don't no what the problem.
