The description above describes exactly what I am feeling. I work out 4-5 times a week as we'll. a few years back I was on a machine that worked the abdominals. I felt a muscle protrude just below the xiphoid process; I thought hernia.? Since that time I have not used the machine but different abdominal exercises an since then I have intermittent painless pulsating sensations occurring in the same area.

I too suffer from the same sensation, and am more inclined to think that it IS parasitic in nature, especially as many many more of us have parasites of the fluke/nemintode variety than we realise. I'm trying to do something about it though. I'm about to use a product called SCRAM from iherb, along with Papaya seeds, pumpkin seeds, and Ajwain seeds to try and get rid of it naturally once and for all.

I recently started twitching/fluttering again (just this month), but just started to take Ancient Minerals magnesium oil transdermally (which is THE best and most bioavailable way to get large amounts of Mg into your system without it flushing out of your bowels). I know the megadose Mg is helping me because I've had a noticeable turnaround of some symptoms that I know to be immune deficiency related. But there's been absolutely no impact on the fluttering (which is always noticeable about the same amount of time after I've eaten.
