I was pregnant 6 weeks. I had my miscarriage last month and I got continues bleeding and pain for almost 2-3 weeks ago.. actually this is not prescribed by the doctor. I stopped bleeding after seeing my personal doctor and gave me medicines for treatment of the bleeding and pain. For my second opinion, I went to an obgyne and she saw something inside, its like a blood clot/sac/vessel/tissue she says I should undergo D&C but I had my doubts and had my last minute consultation to my personal doc. He doesn't like me do the D&C because #1. my ob is after the money(in which D&C really expensive) #2. He said, the sac will come out when you had your menstruation, the body will excrete the blood/vessel/tissue. Now, My question is this.. Which one will I follow? And one thing, is it will come out naturally(blood clot/sac/vessel/tissue)? Please help me. I'm really really confuse. :(

Just what you need, conflicting advice.
This is your ob/gyn's area of expertise, not your doctors. For your doctor to suggest that the D&C is being recommended due to the money is irresponsible.
A D&C is standard when tissue is found remaining. It can become infected or cause severe bleeding.
Can it come out? It may, it may not. Right now though you are at risk of infection.
Get a second opinion, from another ob/gyn.

Before I got so much bleed and pain but now. there's no bleed and pain anymore. My doctor adviced me to just observe until my next mestruation. Actually its a bl;ood clot or the sac my ob found out.

I myself had a miscarriage last mth. I bled for nearly 2wks. And not badly either. On day 12 I passed the sac/tissue normally. I did not mention this to my doctor & he did not recommend I needed to have scans to make sure everything was out. He just said to let nature take its course. In the event you get bad pain or become sick with a fever would I worry & if that happens I would see a doctor immediately. If you were only 6wks I would suspect you have passed it in the toilet without realising. There is really nothing growing there at that far gestation. I was 5wks & only a sac is present on any scans at that early.
