Remember, when you feel as if there is something wrong with you don't get too worked up over it or try to find the symptoms of something you may not have. Doing this could result in hysteria and you may develop symptoms of another thing that you don't have and could make what you currently have even harder to diagnose.
Remain calm, clearly think about what it is that you are feeling search for symptoms and make doctor appointment; noting your current symptoms and any you may get in the meantime. Best to keep a timeframe on a piece of paper and giving this to your doctor.

You're right about pointing out how important it is to keep cold head in situations when someone is scared about their health. Just that has nothing to do with hysteria, you probably were thinking about health related anxiety which is normal because everybody must feel anxious when their health is in danger. Hysteria is one form of neurosis, its caused by completely different reasons. Anxiety, on the other hand, definitely can go out of proportions in these situations, especially when people try to look for symptoms online and start to „recognize“ themselves in severe conditions.
I believe what I was looking to say here was Hysterical. I know tons of women, children, teens and men who get hysterical medical conditions because they people put ideas in their head. Such as "Oh no my testes hurt". "Oh man does it hurt to cough?" "Omg it does". "You might have cancer that's a sign!" Then the man starts to believe and find false signs... The human mind amazes me still to this day. Thanks for your post Nikols, very appreciated.
