First don't worry!! Its not a STD but, what it sounds like in ingrown hairs along with sweat & friction. You might want to not only wash up down their a couple times through out the day but, also try changing the type of underpants to boxers. Also, if you can keep from NOT BUSTING any BUMPS your self not only will they likely go away on there own & keep them from getting infected. Also you can get blood poisoning from busting them without the proper medical attention. If you have any other ? about whats right & whats not you can ask your Ped Dr.

Most boils in the groin area are cause by the friction of the band of your underwear. Buy a pair without elastic or tightness around the groin. This will eliminate this annoying and painful problem.

I believe it is from wearing jeans or tight pants or anything that is tight and rubs against that part of the body. The heavy fabric pressing down and rubbing against a particular area all day long actually will prevent the hair from coming out and will become ingrown. I suggest wearing skirts and dresses for the gals and maybe switching to a larger size undergarment for the guys. If they go away and don't come back them you'll know why. Good luck!
