I recently started accutane my acne was not to bad but I found my skin very oily. I've been on it for a week 20mg/day (two 10mg caps) also I use the peroxide soap, at first I only seemed to get tired (i'm also on effexor XR which also makes me tired I think) haven't noticed dry lips nor sun sensitivity. Over the week I got a few small to big bumps I thought that was the worse, today it seems I have alot along my chin and near my nose. these are just little tiny white heads they come off when I shave. My skin around my chin is a little irritated.
I understand it will get worse and I know the accutane is just "pushing" the stuff out my only worry is I'm going to visit my girlfriend in august I was hoping to be a bit more clear but now i've broken out; will this new break out go away in a few weeks? or will I be even worse come august? Also can other side effect show up? (not including dry skin/lips)

It's really different for everybody, but just keep following the directions and it should get better soon. Make sure you drink lots of water while taking that though, I had a friend who had some dehydration problems that ended in lots of painful leg cramps.
