HI GUYS!! HERE IS A CURE. TRY IT AND TELL ME!!
ZERO COST, FAIRLY EASY, RELIEF IN A WEEK.
Sit in Padmasana posture (Indian yogic style of sitting cross-folded legs).
Once you are sitting in Padmaasana (cross legged), Recline back and laydown completely on your back, while keeping your legs crossed and intact with the floor. (Don't let your legs rotate up in the air when you lay down on back.).
Your lower back should be at a little gap from the floor, so that your chest is slightly rounded outwards.
It will give treendious strech to your lower addomen, groin and pelvic area. Start with one minute, then do it for 2-3 minutes, or even twice thrice a day.
Pain will go in a week's time. You will see difference from day-1.

This is crazy, I am 54 and have had these same symptoms for 10 years, only on my left side, but did not expect to find anything on the internet about it. At 17, I injured my RIGHT knee in sports. At 22, I had knee surgery to remove the medial meniscus which was torn. This resulted in a lifetime of right knee pain and at 49 I had a total knee replacement. So, most of my life my LEFT leg and knee has worked very hard to compensate for my right knee injury. For the last ten years, my LEFT knee, groin, testicle and abdomen ache. I too, was diagnosed with Hydrocele, but not severe enough to explain the pain. I also had tests for my abdomen with absolutely nothing ever found. As my left knee continues to wear out (medial meniscus again), it aches more and so does my groin. After getting a cortisone shot in my knee, my knee stopped hurting and so did my testicle, groin and abdomen. After several years (and shots), the shots no longer work. Now everything aches again. I can not get any one doctor to support me on this because we are obviously dealing with very different parts of our body here. However, I can tell you that the repetitive nature of these symptoms over 5-10 years have me convinced my knee is the source of pain. Fortunately, or unfortunately, it is time for me to get a total knee replacement of my LEFT knee because the cartilage is gone and I am in constant pain. Over the next several months I will certainly be able to confirm if my hypothesis is correct after my knee replacement. If you have these groin and other symptoms, get your knee checked out! See if you can get the ache in you knee to stop and then see if the other symptoms go away too. Feel free to check back or heck, have your doctor contact me! This is a miserable combination of pain and symptoms and I'd like to help others avoid it. JF
Go see a chiropractor 2 times a week for a month or less. L4 and L5 could be out and pressing nerves that cause the pain. I experienced this after herniating a disk.
