So I got home around 9:30 and decided to masturbate. Anyways, I masturbated for about 1 and 1/2 hours and for the last 10 minutes there was a slight aching in the general area of my scrotum. You can have pain after long sessions of arousal. It's similar to blue balls.
Some of the discomfort may just be from your positioning.
I strongly doubt there will be any long term effects.
