Acute HIV concerns

while traveling through south america i received unprotected oral sex from a woman who had adult Braces. A few days beforehand and during this period i was experiencing a mild sore throat. within the next few days i developed a fever, pounding headache , mild night sweats, malaise and a cough that produced yellow mucous, i had also lost my appetitie. I went to see a doctor and he Diagnosed me with bronchitis. less than a week later after taking medications i felt fine, so roughly 2 weeks after possible encounter with a HIV+ woman. this was during carnival so my activities included a lot of drinking, very unhealthy eating habits , and cigarettes which does not normally follow my habits at home, which i feel had something to do with my illness at the time.

I have already gone to get tested, and am just waiting on results. Just wondering if anyone has any more information on Acute/Primary hiv infection. Especially the timeline from the encounter to when people generally begin to show symptoms
