Hi! Month ago have been diagnosed angina pectoris. Because, I am overweight I get diet. I can’t keep a diet. I addicted on fast and salty food. Do someone have similar problem?

Hi! From my personal experience I suggested to you, don’t spend a lot of time in kitchen. Then replace a salty food with healthy food. Don’t use a salt, use condiment. You have to every day taken a long walk. Ask yourself what is more important salty food or your health. It’s best to go to see nutritionist. Maybe your diet is more restrictive than you can stand.
