I'm having a little difficulty in understanding your post but I assume we're talking about the head that is on your shoulders here with your mention of the eyes. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Sex is fundamentally a cardiovascular exercise so it's normal to get hot and sweaty. If your feeling tired afterwards you may find it beneficial to improve your general fitness levels.
