Hi, I am 17 years old. In early February, I have these symptoms one time when I was exercising at home doing the 7-minute workout. I did this twice and my heart is beating very fast during the exercise. I have an app that can check my BPM, and shows the graph of my heartbeat. It was high at around ~170. I don't feel anything but fatigue that moment. While checking my BPM, my eyes started to twitch. It forced my eyes to close, but I forced myself to open my eyes to check my BPM. I started the feel lightheaded, ears ringing, chest pressure and inability to breathe. As I tried to maintain my consciousness, you know that you can feel your heartbeat beating when exercising, I can feel my heart slows down suddenly. I was shocked and checked my BPM. It goes from ~170  to ~60 for a couple of seconds and raised back to ~160.

Would you explain what happened to me ? Is this because of excessive exercise or I took a light meal before exercise ?

I post this because I always feel fatigue and muscle weak after I wake up with a bit of lightheaded recently.

It does not only occur when I'm exercising, here is a few list I noticed it happens when I'm doing something(in order of events):-

-I was 8 years old, and my brother was scolding me. I was too scared and had the same symptom above. (This is my first time)

-I was walking from my house to a shop, it was about ~200 meters away. (The first time in years as I walk there every week (16 years old))

-Was playing a video game while sitting on couch for an hour and was frustrated (was losing in the game). Got up from the couch and it happens.(16 years old)

-This problem (Early February).

I suspect a few things that I may have:-

-Low blood pressure (I did a BP test and it was confirmed)

-I didn't eat (I only eat when I'm hungry regardless of breakfast, I don't feel any hunger before it happens but I do eat before I walk to the shop.(Point 2))

-I have a heart problem.(I can feel my chest that something is moving with intense pressure. Like someone would hold their poop and feel the pressure until a couple of seconds it goes back in. Lol) (Also, I feel like there is something stuck in my heart, my heart force to make the blood flows, as I am writing right now, I can feel some pressure above my heart)

Please provide me some answers that could explain my issue. Thank you.

-Danial
