Anyone stop drinking and get pain in their upper chest muscles only when lying down on your side? I was not a big drinker but wanted to stop because I was getting sick of it and also the weight gain from it.
That is very strange that you are now experiencing chest pain that you have given up drinking. I wonder if it has anything to do with actually having an addiction to it? it sounds like maybe you have a mild addiction to it. Or maybe the pain has always been there but you didn't feel it while drinking. You should talk to a doctor about this to get it taken care of. PLease keep us posted on how it goes for you.

My chest pain was determined to be anxiety, and I had been to the ER three times because of it. I always got the pain when I quit drinking my one or two wines or beers a night. I quit again recently, but this time I pray and meditate. It has eliminated my chest pain!
