HELP!! I'm 17 and i have been masturbating since I was 14. The thing is everything was good until 6 months ago since when i sort of stopped cleaning my penis after masturbating. Now all the uncleaned semen is collected under my foreskin due to which only a small cut is open and it wont slide down like it used to. How do i clean the underneath of it so it slides back down like before??
