What is the toxicity of aluminium zirconium tetrachlorihydrex? As I know it was used in antiperspirants and there were some indications about its cancerogenous. I know women that avoid antiperspirants because think that zirconium can be absorbed through the skin in armpit. I haven’t found much about this in magazines. What do you think about this, do you find it serious?
Zirconium has poor solubility and that’s why its systemic toxicity is low. Aluminium zirconium tetrachlorohydrex belongs in the newest generation of ingredients and is less toxic. It is proved by FDA. I’m not sure that it is absolutely non toxic, but aren’t all drugs in certain way?
