i am always tired and getting really bad migrains and its becoming more frequent, i drink plenty of water and play alot of sport and have a fairly healthy diet .. dont know whats going on

Abnormal brain activity is usually causing migraine. It can be triggered by stress, certain foods, environmental factors, or something else.
