Hello I'm 13 years old and my friends are only a year older than me. My penis is about 4.5 while erect and like 2 or 3 inches soft, but some of my friends claim to have 5 inch penises on hard so is my penis small or am I at least average?

Your friends are older than you are so it's understandable they could be a little bigger.
