Hi.. Im a 15 year old girl and as most teenagers are, im quite insucure about my body. I weigh 77kg but im not really that big.. All my friends say im not fat but i dont really believe them because no friend would just come up to you and say your fat. My boyfriend also says i have the perfect figure.. curvy. Big boobs, big hips. I dont know... Im really insucure and dont know what to think... Please help..

If you're 6 foot (1.8m) your ideal weight is about 76Kg.  Assuming you're less than 6 foot it's likely your a bit overweight (look up BMI on wiki for more, over 32 is essentially 'fat').

If you want to lose that weight, do 2 things.  Firstly minimize snacking (i.e 3 good sized meals a day), secondly don't eat high calorie food you don't enjoy.  So keep that steak at dinner, cut the chips you ate in the afternoon.  Have a pint of icecream with friends, cut the fridge raid at 2am.

You sound focused on your looks.  If you lose weight your boobs will shrink and you'll get less curvy.  Think about how much weight you want to lose so you have something to work towards if you do decide to lose weight.  Make it a lifestyle change, the weight loss from dieting lasts as long as your on that diet.
