Hello,
I have a question. I am 16 year girl and am only 4.75 ft tall. I am the smallest in my class and smaller than most of my generation. Both my parents are taller then me (mum is 5.25 ft). is something wrong with me; am I too small?
Thanks for reply!

Hey,
I think you are young enough and you will still experience some growth. Girls usually grow till the age of 18, some even more… It is very important for you, in order you want to grow, not to start smoking!!! Smoking seriously decreases growth! There are also some sports that will “help you grow”- actually those sports stamina growth of human body. This sports are basketball, volleyball, … and other sports, which include lots of jumping. Jumping is actually the action, which stimulates growth. It is also proven that this sports and daily stretching of body stimulate growth of human body.
I think you are not too small; you are still young and you’ll grow taller. Besides, your parents are also not so small; besides it is expected that children grow taller that their parents.
