Flagyl, relax for 2 week after that, dont take any new med's and ask your doc for urinary tract infection med, relax for another 2 week's no meds. Don't be ashamed I to habe the big problem, I shove pads in my crack all day everyday just to keep it dry,I keep dry I have no issues,it may itch a little but one thing I found that really helps keep dry and heals itself over night is Destin baby creams really do the trick,or even a@d ointment also does the trick I hope this helps
