I have always been told that it is okay to have sex throughout a pregnancy as long as it's comfortable for the woman. I have been told that it doesn't matter if it's anal or vaginal as long as there is no discomfort and the couple can do whatever positions they want. If you are still concerned about it then ask your doctor about it and get their input on the matter.
