Hi, I am in my early thirties. My problem is anxiety. It has been present with me for some time now. I went to see a doctor and he prescribed me some medicine that helped. However, the anxiety returned and with it a new condition occurred. I have blurred vision. I went back on prescribed medicine. The anxiety withdrew but blurred vision remained. Is there a link between blurred vision and anxiety?
Hi, the condition that you have is very interesting. Normally, blurred vision does not exist as a follower of anxiety. It could be that you have inner anxiety. It is familiar that blurred vision is a symptom of this condition. However, you failed to mention what medicine the doctor prescribed you for your anxiety. There are some drugs that can have a blurred vision side effect. Such is Elavil. This drug is prescribed for anxiety. Also, you need to know that the problem that you have should not be persistent and will probably go away. It seams that you did not contact your doctor for this matter. I suggest you do so and follow the therapy he will prescribe.
