Hello. I'm 38 year old mother and I'm really worried for my only daughter. She is only 16 years and thinks that has problems with her weight. To be honest with you- this isn’t truth.
She has never had problems with her body weight but she thinks that she needs to be thin and skinny abnormally to be accepted. Just few days ago I caught her when she was drinking some apple cider pills and I was very angry.
She told me that it is completely safe and that all of her friends drink it. Is there anything I should know about these pills before I let her to continue with it?

I would really like to tell you that you definitely shouldn’t let her to continue with these pills.
First, it would be because she is still very young to start with diet pills and second- because I personally don’t believe in these apple cider pills. I have heard that none of the facts that manufacturer claims are truth. I don’t know how much do you know about this - the target food for this diet are lipids but the problem is that they focus on one or a few foods and limit or exclude whole food groups. Tell your daughter to save her money and follow the advice of thousands of people who have not just lost weight, but maintained the weight loss. Spend more calories that you intake and result is- healthy weight loss!
