Hello every one, im Ahmed Raza. i want to share my problem and need a satisfying answer. about two years before i went to take my niece from her house. it was a hot day. when i entered into the house , i sat infront of TV. Suddenly a darkness came infront of my eyes, it was like i was seeing pixels of tv. then i got fainted. i was admitted to the hospital, my EEG was done and the reports were normal according to my doctor it was due to heat i got fainted. i spent two years normal without any problem. now i have been free for 5 months because my studies have been completed. before 2 months during exercise at gym, suddenly i felt that my back head was blowing like it started vibrating and my eyes were shaking it felt like vertigo or dizziness, i got anxious and after this incident i startd feeling restless and anxious all the time, a normal headache could create anxiety for me. i went to my family physician he suggested me for some tests including Echocardiography. there i came to know that one of my heart valve is slighty thickened. doctor gave me medicines and told that all these symptoms were due to the thickness of my heart valve. i was not satisfied. and after this i have been feeling slight headache, heaviness in my back head, eye light sensitivity at night eye heaviness, dizziness and anxiety and depressions . it has effected all the activities of my life, i can not concentrate in any thing. if im about to do anything anxiety develops and stops me. All the time i have been thinking of this. when i come to hot from sunlight i feel scared like if im gonna pass out again or if vertigo or dizziness can come again. it really hurts  me. recently according to the advice of my doctor I had  an MRI, it shows Arachnoid Cyst with the size of 1x0. and different sinuses. i have been treated with two doctors and both told me that this cyst is normal and its not gonna hurt you it is nothing. but im feeling these symptoms all the time, feeling scary and anxious. i feel black spots in my eyes and heaviness in my eys and head. Can anyone tell  me what is the real problem?? what should i do,, plzz im in big trouble,,, Thanx alot...
