Ok, I feel I could single-handedly take down a herd of chickens. I am so protein hungry, it's not even funny. I have been so conscious of my vitamins that I have neglected my protein intake--and I am feeling it.

But, there is only a certain amount of chicken/fish I can consume.

I can't eat peanut butter or any nuts. I can't eat red meat.

Are all proteins created equal?

I need some protein ideas that are low fat because my body can't digest fat. (or fiber, but that's a different thread)

I have decided to start eating protein bars as a supplement. Are some better than others as protein delivery vehicles?

What about powders? Are some better than others? Are there any I should outright avoid?

What do you advise??
ok, i would like to see you single-handedly take down a herd of chickens! what about tuna? free-range chicken breasts are the best in my opinion. sorry, i don't know much about protein bars but i've just found them not too easily digestable -- but that is a very individual thing.
