I have 5 bumps under my arms... and i think they're from sweating. can you tell me how to get rid of them? Also, i have brown skin on my armpits even when i put a lot of shaving cream it wont go away, what should i do?

I have so many pimples under my armpit ... I play a lot of sport so maybe its from sweating but it just keeps getting worse please tell me how to fix this without having to go to the doctor!!!! Thanx xoxo
