:'( HELP!! I recently had a Posterior and Labia reduction surgery and lets just consider it a very bad outcome. My Dr almost completely removed my Labia. Whats left of the uneven pieces is as hard as a rock. Has this happened to anyone? And if so, Do you know if this can be corrected? I am 37 years old and completely heartbroken over this and to say the least embarrassed for my husband to see me.
I am deeply saddened to hear this, having only recently discovered (via this site) that women were even contemplating and receiving such surgery. Maybe you can go to another plastic surgeon and see if he can put some skin back. After all, similar surgens are giving young muslim women replacement hymens.
Despite the embarassment, you might even consider publicising, if only anonymously, the risks of such surgery.
I do hope you can find an answer, and do hope you could find a way to have others think twice before they contemplate such an action.
