Im mirissa. Im 15. A few weeks ago, I was sitting watching a movie, & all of a sudden, I couldnt breath, my chest got tight, I felt scared. I honestly thought I was having a heart attack. For the past 4 weeks, Ive been panic attacks, every night. Im not use to the feeling, & cant handle the affects yet. I get so scared, my heart starts racing, I get dizzy, light headed, feel like im gonna pass out. I get so worked up. Its a scary feeling. I slowly calm down, when my dad holds me, & tells me everything will be fine, you're just having an attack. Some days they aint bad, but other days all I can do is cry. I dont like going anywhere, Im always home. I honestly dont know what to do, this is runing my life. I need help, can anyone tell me how I can control them? Pleeease, im seriously begging for hellp.
I know how you feel! At school, I kept passing out because I got a really bad one!

You know there are ways you can get over or at least reduce your anxiety. I personally had really bad anxiety but that changed only when I decided to change my lifestyle. I started exercising daily & eating healthy, I also started taking kick boxing classes as it helps me release and get my mind of things - in my opinion over thinking is what worsens anxiety. This video also helped me overcome my anxiety -
