I would like to get a full balanced diet for a 16 years old Male, Containing:
1- Proteins
2- Carbohydrates
3- Lipids (Small Quantity)
4- Fibers
5- Vitamins
With the timings for the 3 Daily Meals, including some information about snacks..

Your pretty young to be dieting , I'd say just eat protein and workout. I wouldn't limit myself to a lot
What advice I will give you is that for keeping a balanced diet you just search for healthy eating pyramid. And once you get, just stick and follow the instructions given in that, along with carrying easy exercise to lose fat.
