I am planning to start with Pilates trainings and would like to hear something about benefits of Pilates and how it differs from some other types of exercises. And also I would like to hear weather it is more about getting relaxed or what for I actually would like to shape my body so what in fact benefits of Pilates are or I should consider starting some other form of workout.
