I am looking specifically for ideas for my husband for breakfast and he is not the best eater. My husband prefers something to which he can add hot sauce. What do you think? What are the best diet ideas? What do you eat for breakfast that does not pile on the pounds and is healthy? Thank you in advance.

I like tacos or burritos myself, and since I am vegetarian it is even easier. All you have to do is add some salad and a few slices of avocado, and perhaps rice and beans, tofu or whatever takes your fancy. It can all stay very low or no fat! And it sounds perfect with hot sauce too!
