I have been reading this site to see if there are any diet tips for men, but unfortunately most of the topics are all about the ladies. We men have a different anatomy, and I guess different dieting needs as well. I have got a bit chubby all round recently, and want to do something about it while it is still not too hard. What are your best diet tips for men?
Please check out the calorie shifting diet if you can. I really like their philosophy as it makes a lot of sense and you can still eat all your favorite foods, just in lesser quantities. You can even have a beer now and then. The whole point is that you change your food habits permanently, but still enjoy what you eat.
