Hi guys! I thought I would check in here and see if there is any dieting advice for men on this website as well, but when I couldn't find any I figured that I could start my very own thread. I need to lose just a bit of weight, eight pounds maximum. What is the best diet for men trying to lose a small amount of weight?
I have one advice and one advice only for you. Eat less and exercise more. An increased level of activity in the bedroom will do the trick nicely, thank you very much. Expect to lose the weight over a period of a month or two, don't expect miracle solutions. Good luck, mate!

Recently i lost a couple of pounds simply not eating fried food and any type of desert..join that to walk a couple of miles after dinner, and you will have some results.
