After a car accident three years ago, I am still left with the consequences and suffer from chronic nerve pain. I have gone through more prescriptions for my nerve pain than I dare to admit to here. None of them have worked very well, and sometimes I am desperate thinking about how I will spend the rest of my life in pain. It can't hurt to ask around for drugs for nerve pain on a forum like this, I figure. Could anyone tell me what they think of as the best drug for nerve pain?
Have you any experience with anti-seizure medications that were designed for epilepsy patients? I am only a lay person and by no means an expert, but I do want to tell you about this, because I read that anti-seizure medications have high success rates in treating patients with nerve pain.
