I work everyday and get home really tired. Is there an exercise routine you can recommend for me. I want to lose my belly fat in a few months, HELP ME PLEASE!

try the jillian michael's 30 day shred.. it's only a 20 minute workout that you can do at home and you start seeing results after a week! there are three levels so you can pace it out, doing each level for a week and a half or two weeks.  i use empty wine bottles for weights too.

the most important part in losing belly fat and generally fat and lose weight to incorporate healthier diet. Sounds like a cliche but it is true.
